Great Leader

Take a moment to reflect on a time when you put in a lot of effort and labour, and as a result, you accomplished something truly remarkable.

It may be anything to do with your job, such as rethinking a whole procedure or function; it could be a project for the community; it could be a recreational project; it could even be a recreational project that requires you to deliver a performance of some kind.

While working towards your objective, you undoubtedly encountered a lot of obstacles and challenges along the way.

Have there been times when you just wanted to throw in the towel?

At this moment, having a clear understanding of your purpose and the values that guide you, provides you energy since they are endless sources of energy.

Keep in mind that no one can show you who you are or teach you your values.

Leadership is about the long term, and in order to do so effectively, you need sources that are sustainable. There is no magic bullet or easy formula that will make you a great leader.

Leadership does not consist of imitating the actions or characteristics of another individual.

We need to conduct a ruthlessly candid analysis of what it is that we are looking for in this life. Is it money, hard labour, enjoyment, relaxation, a corporation, or something else entirely?

The purpose of something is what it is that you want to produce, and the values you hold establish who you are at your heart. It is of the utmost importance to be aware of one's own values and to feel strongly about those values in order to achieve exceptional performance, particularly for those in leadership positions.
